• Law re: Procedure by-laws for city boards

Every city board must establish procedural by-laws unless its procedures are already set out in the Municipal Code or in a separate law. Attachment 6 to a report dated April 11, 2011 from the City Manager to the Executive Committee lists the source of the procedures for city boards. Attachment 6

The attachments to the report also include:

- a list all of the city and external agencies in 2011 with councillors appointed to them 2011 ABC's and external agencies

- The city guidelines setting out the role of members of city boards City guidelines - Role of members of city boards

- the city policy on remuneration for board members, Remuneration for members of city ABC's, and

- council's legal authority to establish, delegate authority to, and oversee city agencies, boards and corporations (ABC's) Council's Governance Authority Respecting City Agencies Council's Governance Authority Respecting City Agencies.
