Organization - Ward 18 Conservancy

• The Ward 18 Conservancy office would be advised by a workgroup (expert panel) and community town hall meetings

The organizational concept is quite simple: put all recreation and related staff in Ward 18 under one supervisor (or one team of supervisors), with the latitude to run the ward according to the norms that have been successful in the ward.
