The zamboni cafe will be closed at times
Skate lending will be unavailable sometimes
After-hours (9 - 11 pm) shinny will cancelled sometimes

Reasons why:

• there was a hiring freeze for most of last year
• as a result there is a staffing shortage, plus new staff under new direction
• there are new, more complicated rules that will require more paperwork
• the new staffing emphasis is on seniority over collaboration
