Later, many aquatics workers in Ward 18 were "descheduled" from their duties for doing things like preparing crafts tables for kids, or searching for dangerous discarded injection needles, when there were no kids in the pool to watch. Even if their other activities were within line-of-sight of the pools, and there was always a guard present at the pool.
