Dear Mr.Graham,

Please send me an electronic copy of the following Dufferin Grove expense/income details for the last rink season (Nov.23, 2013 to March 16, 2014):

Income: Daily food income by date Daily skate lending income by date Daily campfire donations by date Weekly farmers’ market donations by date (from table fees -- $180/wk. at peak season, $120/wk. at slow season)

Expenses: Food (grocery) purchase expenses (by date) including Pcard expenses by date and location (e.g No Frills, bulk store, Can.Tire, etc.) Gift card expenses, by date and location Petty cash expenses for groceries, by date and location Purchase orders, if any

All this information was entered into SAP by the CRP. He informs me that I need to go through you. So I just need him to get your permission to forward me what he entered.

I would appreciate it if you could let me know by mid-week if I need to send this request through Freedom of Information.
