City Website Ranked Best in the World
The City of Toronto's website was ranked first in content and second overall (behind the website of Seoul, South Korea) according to a global survey of municipal government websites conducted jointly by the E-Governance Institute at Rutgers University-Newark and the Department of Political Science at Kent State University.
