The only reference to hazmat suits we could find is on page 28 of this document:

Emergency response workers who are controlling a serious chlorine leak must have access to full-body protective suits.

For adobe pdf documents, if you want the documents to automatically fit to the width of the display area below, follow this procedure:

• right click anywhere on the shown pdf document
• select "Page Display Preferences"
• select "Accessibility"
• check "Always use Zoom Setting"
• select "Fit Width" for the setting
• hit the "OK" button at the bottom of the dialog box
