Part of Financial View: Ward 18 PFR Cost Data and Analysis

Based on their own research CELOS has made several recommendations to the City Budget Committee. These documents specifically discuss the manner in which public parks and existing infrastructure can be used to create vibrant spaces (Community Centres Without Walls) at a lower cost than building new infrastructure.
