Hello Jutta,

We can send you the Ward 18 SAP downloads for 2014 accounting periods 1 to 3, (January 1st, 2014 to the end of March 28th, 2014). If you would like to reduce the line items included in the ward 18 report then please let me know which line items. If you would like a report to be customized further then please follow the FOI process and an additional charge may apply.

Please note that financials are not inputted directly by recreation staff. Expenditures are posted as invoices are paid or P-card entries are cleared by Corporate Accounting. This means there will likely be timing differences from the times you specified.
