Hello Mr.Hart, It seems that Mr.Ubbens was sending his response at exactly the same time as I was sending you our Youtube video (see VIDEO: Toronto Ice Rink Story). He says, interestingly, that the unsuccessful attempts in other years were despite using the strategies that I suggest (or that Harbourfront uses). Sadly, they were not. Rink friends have monitored (and logged) ice-making closely, and on site, at all the city rinks for some years.

A conversation, with the specific details, would be helpful here.
