Commentary:
Extract from document, which doesn't match other reports of almost nonexistent free youth activities: Youth: Youth lounges, drop in dance, lifeguard clubs, skate and sports are free. Youth are charged for indoor leisure swimming, lane swimming, indoor tennis, ski, fitness centres and weight rooms.
