I have created a report for you by location that should capture all relevant expenditures and revenues for the period from January to March (Periods 1 to 3) 2014.

I recently met with Marcel and Glen to identify the relevant items and provide consistent tracking for 2014. We are currently reviewing some of the 2013 entries where items may have been coded to different GLs.

Please also note that the FPARS initiative provides reporting for broad functional areas for the entire city and will not be able to provide any information related to specific locations. We will continue to use SAP downloads for this purpose.
