Hi Stephen,

sorry it took me so long to get back to you, I've been out of the country.

We thought it would be helpful to scan all our receipts and show you how they add up to our donations-return figures. From the city's fiscal start of Dec.19 2011 to September 30 2012, the attached City receipt slips (and our Quickbooks program) show $42,715.84 deposited to the City. The year-to-date amount you gave us (I've highlighted it in red in your email below) is $13,195.68 less than that. A puzzle. I've attached an excel document (note tabs) of the city receipts, in addition to the scans.

So I guess we must be talking about a different time period? Can you let me know which time period you were using? Also, the "other recoveries" and "sundry revenues" we see in the SAP documents don't show the amounts you have -- could you send us the most updated version?
